You can create your store through the admin control panel, or by visiting the “Become a Seller” page on our website. The process is simple and designed to help you get started quickly.
You can schedule your delivery within just one hour, later the same day, or anytime خلال the week—whatever best fits your schedule. Delivery time slots are available from 9:00 AM to midnight. Please note that delivery availability depends on the operating hours of local stores, including weekends and public holidays.
Meet the shopper at your doorstep and receive your groceries with ease. The Tawseel app also offers a self-pickup option—simply shop through the website or app, choose a convenient pickup time, and collect your groceries directly from the store. This service is available at selected locations.
Adding products you love to your favorites list is the easiest way to find or purchase them again. To add a product to your favorites, simply select the product and tap the heart icon below it. Once added, the icon will turn green and the message “Added to Favorites” will appear.
Once the items in your order have been prepared, picked, and packed, the delivery process will begin. A personal shopper will handle the delivery, and in some cases, the person delivering your order may be different from the one who completed the shopping.
