Terms & Conditions – Tawseil App
Welcome to the Tawseil App. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the app.
1. Definitions
App: Refers to the Tawseil application, including all its services and features.
User: Any person using the app, whether as a customer, restaurant/store partner, or delivery driver.
Services: All services provided through the app, including ordering, delivery, electronic payments, and promotions.
2. Use of the App
Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use the app.
Users are required to provide accurate and complete information during registration and are responsible for any errors or false information provided.
The app must not be used for any illegal purposes or in violation of public morals.
3. Orders & Payments
By placing an order through the app, the customer agrees to pay the full order amount using the available payment methods.
Prices displayed in the app are set by restaurants or service providers and may or may not include delivery fees.
A fixed delivery fee determined by the app will be added and clearly shown before order confirmation.
4. Delivery
Delivery drivers will make every reasonable effort to deliver orders within the estimated time; however, delivery times may be affected by factors beyond control, such as traffic or weather conditions.
If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failure to respond to calls, the order will be considered completed and no refund will be issued.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
Customers may cancel an order only before it is confirmed by the restaurant.
Once the order is confirmed or delivery has started, cancellation or refunds are not permitted except in cases of clear error or non-delivery.
Any complaints must be submitted to customer support through the app within 24 hours of placing the order.
6. Restaurant Responsibilities
Restaurants are solely responsible for the quality, safety, and accuracy of food and products as described in the app.
The app is not responsible for any harm or issues arising from the food or its ingredients.
7. Driver Responsibilities
Drivers are responsible for handling and delivering orders with care and ensuring their safety.
Any form of tampering with or substitution of orders is strictly prohibited.
8. Privacy Policy
Certain personal data (such as name, mobile number, and location) is collected solely to provide and improve the service.
The app is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of user information and will not share it with third parties without user consent, unless required by law.
9. Amendments
Tawseil reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Users will be notified of significant updates. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Saudi courts.
